ADVERTISING RATES (Inches are accrued)
2 to 20 inches................... $18/per column inch
21 to 40 inches................. $17/per column inch
41 to 64 inches................. $16/per column inch
65 inches and up............... $15/per column inch
NONPROFIT RATE ............ $14/per column inch
COLOR
Color is available for an additional 30% of the ad rate.
INSERTS
Inserts are accepted subject to approval and a proof must be submitted prior to insertion. Specs are 8.5" x 11" unfolded. Insertion fee is $725 - nonprofit fee is $500. Insertion fee is IN ADDITION to the cost of printing the flyers. Advertiser is responsible for printing costs and timely delivery of inserts. Please speak with your Account Representative regarding deadlines and delivery of materials.

CLASSIFIEDS
$45/up to 25 words. Classifieds are TEXT ONLY.
CONTRACT RATES
Advertising is calculated by the total number of column inches in your contract. Billing is based on a per ad basis.
PAYMENTS
New advertisers are required to prepay for their first two ads. All subsequent ads are billed net 30. Prepay for an annual contract to receive a 5% discount.
CAMERA-READY ART
Camera-ready art is defined as high-resolution digital files saved in PDF, TIFF or JPEG format. Files must be submitted via email to the Account Representative.
Fax and Xerox copies do not qualify.
TYPESETTING & ARTWORK
Typesetting is available for $40/hour.
Copy/text must be emailed to the Account Representative along with a high-resolution JPEG, TIFF or EPS of the art or logo to be used. Original photos may be submitted for scanning.

GUARANTEED PLACEMENT
Guaranteed placement is available for 25% above contracted rate. 
ADVERTORIALS & POLITICAL ADS
Any ad that appears similar to editorial content OR endorses a political party – will have the words “PAID ADVERTISEMENT” prominently displayed at the top and bottom of the ad.
PROOFS / ERRORS
Advertisers are responsible for proofing their ads prior to publication. Proofs are provided for checking errors, not for the quality of reproduction. Advertisers assume responsibility for accuracy. There will be no compensation for ads proofed and signed for by advertiser.
APPROVAL
All advertising is subject to the approval of the publisher.
