Israeli chef, master spice blender, author and accomplished restaurateur Lior Lev Sercarz is coming to Sarasota-Manate to share his culinary expertise and delectible dishes at this unique and special one-night-only event during this Israel @ 75 season.

Experience an elegant cocktail reception with an open bar and passed hors d'oeuvres, followed by a stunning three-course meal including red and white wines from Israeli winveyard, and interactions with Chef Lior himself! All food is prepared and cooked onsite under Chef Lior's supervision.

About Chef Lior
After completing three years in the Israeli army, Chef Lior traveled across South America to further his passion for world cuisine. Lior completed an externship with Michelin-star chef Olivier Roellinger in Cancale, France where he displayed a rare, nuanced understanding of spice blends, oils and pastes, eventually landing him the honor of working with chef Daniel Boulud at his flagship restaurant, Daniel, in New York City.

Inspired by spices and the stories they can tell, Chef Lior opened his first restaurant, La Boite Biscuits & Spices, in Hell's Kitchen in 2011. Now, 12 years and 3 books later, Chef Lior is sharing his passion for world cuisine and sensational spice blends with Sarasota-Manatee!
