Friday, March 22nd 6:00 pm. Be Happy, It’s Purim! Calling all Purim Shpeilers—Join us for a Purim celebration, a Persian dinner (presented by Chef Rabbi Sternfield). Enjoy a wonderful Purim Shpiel with Cantor Bard, The Shabbat Band, the TBE Choir and our Religious school children. And, of course, hamantaschen and more. Costumes for young and not so young encouraged! We will begin with an authentic Persian Jewish Shabbat Dinner, followed by services, Megillah reading, Shpiel and Purim songs, and of course hamentashen. Come in costume, or at least wear a funny hat. Bring a little schnapps if you like and help us celebrate Purim with joy and with enthusiasm. Dinner by reservation is $13 pp for members $15 pp for guests and friends of TBE.
