Join us on our Facebook page this Sunday, May 3rd at 12:00 PM for a special showing of this year’s Super Strings performance, presented as a special collaboration between The Jewish Federation of Sarasota-Manatee and The Perlman Music Program/Suncoast. 

This pre-recorded performance from last December features Super Strings, 45 students (ages 10-18) from 15 counties across Florida, who played violin, viola, cello and bass. Together, they performed the first movement of Felix Mendelssohn’s “String Sinfonia No. 2 in D Major,” onstage and side-by-side with the PMP String Orchestra under the baton of Itzhak Perlman. The performance is followed by a special Q&A session.
